Paul Edward Niesobecki

Paul represented me on a criminal defense case regarding possession of a dangerous weapon and two related misdemanors, the most former being a felony charge. Paul got me into a diversionary program for mental health and substance abuse. He kept me informed of what was going on, what to say, and what ...not to say in court. He only once, but rightfully, got aggravated at me when I was late to appear in front of the judge because I was outside smoking a cigarette. This, I wouldn't hold against him. He even called me later to personally apologize which I didn't consider necessary but was nice. I recommend Paul, and I know he's known for handling divorce cases especially. He does however seem to know how to handle criminal defense as well. He will talk to the prosecutor for you and do everything in his power to get you the best 'deal' in court.

i had a divorce in 2005, i used Mr Niesobecki by referr of a friend. He was professonial and open with me. I sometimes felt like he was my father instructing me on how to behave and what not to say (in a good way). I grew to trust him. Paul would counsel me and support me . I never felt money was hi...s motivator. I did not get everything out the divorce, i am still hurting an being hurt by the ex-wife. but i feel confident if i need to call Paul he will call me back and give me sound advice...
