Since 1997 I have been representing clients in civil rights and employment litigation at the pre-trial, trial and appellate levels. My focus is on resolving disputes in a fashion that serves my clients' best interests.
Areas of practice include wrongful termination; discrimination/harassment/retaliation; wage/overtime issues; and employment contract negotiations and enforcement.
I also assist clients in litigating disputes under the Americans With Disabilities Act, ADA access and related California state disability and access laws.
Other areas of my practice include Property and Real Estate disputes, and whistle-blowing to government agencies.
Free fifteen minute consultations are given over the phone and/or in person. Depending on the case, I work either on a contingency fee basis or billable hour rate.
