Can I request to change a due date of refinance house in MSA? what I should do for this situation?
I am trying to refinance now which is 2-3 months before the due date. But due to COVID-19 forbearance plan and new refinance policy, the refinance request 3 monthly payments after forbearance plan end. That may push 3-5 month later which will pass the due date in MSA.
This new policy is unknown / not exist when I signed the MSA.
So what I should do for this situation?

Apply to the court for an extension of time. Indicate that the worldwide circumstances are different than when you settled your case (if this is true) and that you are operating in good faith, trying your best to comply, and the delays are not within your control.
