Can the HOA evict us from my husband cousin’s house ?
Towards thru the situation , his cousin offered us to buy the house , but we did not got approved last year with the bank . This year the bank approved us and we have trying for more then 3 mths with the HOA to approve our application . We have waiting and the bank too , finally today they send an email with a letter denying and give us 10 days to evict the house . What are we going to do , where to go ? We need advice . Thanks .

You should always have a lawyer represent you in a real estate transaction. You especially need one now to review the HOA documents to see if the HOA has the authority to approve buyers and, if so, do they have a valid reason for denying your application.
