Do you handle cases that have reached the supreme court?
The violating issues from my former workplace were/are:
termination, suspension, warning, Wrongful termination, denied accommodation, denied sick leave, harassment (see attached EEO documentation), and denied terms and conditions of employment (such as FMLA, OWCP benefits, etc.).
The Civil Rights, Age Discrimination in Employment., the Americans with Disabilities the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, , the Fair Labor Standards ., the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 Family and Medical Leave Act, etc , have all been violated by my former employer. I have all of the documentation. I am seeking closure of this case.
Thank you in advance.
