Fillers gone wrong and previous law office neglected case ?
She injected, hit a nerve which I felt and my face started bleeding, she also hit a nerve that paralyzed half of my face. Left under eye.
My face blew up at once and she charged half price, 40 mins I was a balloon and she prescribed steroids. Heavy dose: later I was in ER for enlarged organ.
The next day I went to another dermatologist that was astonished with all the damages, in MD
The original one, offered a reversal treatment at another location in VA. She did and we took videos and photos.
I seemed legal action with a very big firm within the statue of limitation, 3 or more paralegals or attorneys (come and go) case got lost and not addressed properly.
Now, they sent a letter stating I have a 6 months, in which now it’s 2 months as the letter just came 48 hours ago.
So, for the stress in me. Whose fault? The legal office that neglected me to get justice or the unprofessional doctor who didn’t believe me.

Your question is unclear. If your current attorneys are continuing to represent you, then there appears to be nothing else you should do other than follow their advice. If they have abandoned your case, you should consult other qualified counsel as soon as possible. If you don't, your claim could be barred by the statute of limitations or your case could be dismissed.

Run, don't walk to another local malpractice attorney. If you are still within the statute of limitations the actions of your first law firm may not be an issue.
