If the feds believe they have evidence to charge you with the gun, then you can be charged. If a jury believes the evidence, you can be convicted. For example, if your fingerprints or DNA are on the gun, that is strong evidence you possessed it. No one can tell you what the feds will do without knowing all the facts of the case. The fact that someone else was in the car does not mean you will not be charged.
