If I recently married my husband and the apartment wants me on the lease do I have to be on it?

The lease probably prohibits full time occupants who aren’t tenants. If it does and you’re living there, your husband is breaching the lease and he could be evicted. You could take the lease to a consultation with a landlord-tenant attorney to be sure.
