Is there an attorney that will seriously discuss with me (privately) the facts about domestic violence protections?
Anytime something unexplainable happens I blame her advocate.
My x wife escaped justice from her 3rd strike in a 3 strike state because of my inability to report her.
It doesn’t matter how right I am, wrong she is or anything I have invested…. I have never won against her court.
Even when I’m inadvertently made aware of some of her allegations and prove them false, no one…. Not the police, sheriff, judge…. No one will even look at my exculpatory evidence. I cannot report her or her mother to CPS for child abuse…. She hacks my devices, steals money from my account with no repercussions.
I wonder if they are protecting my x wife’s attorney from the bar and my daughter’s counselor from the licensing board.
It’s like I’m in the Twilight Zone and I’m tired of being told to hire an attorney and then I do and they just avoid the topic, or say “I’ve got it under control” my x wife shows up alone in court doesn’t say anything and I still lose.

Not really sure what you are asking for---your devices are hacked, your money is stolen from your accounts, you have had lawyers in past hearings, you are accused of some mysterious things and you are unable to defend yourself and you suggest even your own lawyers do not consider your "evidence"-
So what exactly are you wanting/hoping for from a general legal question and answer site and strangers on the internet who know nothing of your situation when you have already had lawyer(s) who knew everything about your situation and could not help you? Your question was are there lawyers willing to listen to the details---yes there are, for sure, likely thousands of them within 25 miles of you---TN family law attorneys who will listen to the details in the confidential and safe settings of their offices.
