My daughter got an infection from a nail salon. It’s documented medically but I recently found out the salon is uninsured?

If you have an attorney on this issue, you have to ask them your options. In general, insurance doesn't matter at all for purposes of winning a lawsuit -- you can't even use that evidence in court. The only question is whether you think the salon will be able to pay you without insurance.
