My mom passed away few years ago. My siblings will not share contents of will/trust. Can I request copy of will/trust ?
A few months ago, my siblings asked me again if I can chip in and help pay for the mortgage since my dad gambled the money to pay for the mortgage. I told them I will help if they not sell the house we grew up in. My brother specifically told me that me and him would "administrate" the Mindanao house (the house that is in the process of being sold). Now, I hear they will sell the home and have given the tenants in the house 60 days notice.
They have not shown me any trust documents or finances/transactions since my mother's death in 2017. What are my options?

You are absolutely, legally entitled to a copy of the trust. Your waiting over 3 years hurts you. Get yourself an attorney ASAP to enforce your rights.
