Of course you should hire an attorney but not to fight it. You basically will be lucky to avoid a license suspension and possibly going to jail. I will say this, most officers will not also charge Careless and Reckless for speeding a mere 20 over (especially in a 55 zone) unless you were a jerk during the stop. If you were, expect that to be noted on the copy of the ticket that the DA has and also likely expect not a lot of help from them. Best of luck and stop speeding.
