Five years ago I agreed to let Tenant A use 3 acres of land to pasture 4 oxen yr around. By yr 3 he had 3 oxen and 13 cows, 6 goats, and 1 chicken. He asked for more land for grazing & growing silage corn, I agreed. He now uses 8+ acres free, also makes hay on land I lease to Tenant B, who pays me yearly rental, he agreed to this arrangement. Tenant A uses 2 of my tractors, four hay wagons, harrow, tools, supplies, and stores 2 tractors, hay, & fertilizer in my barn. He's used my bunker silo for silage he grew here, now stores in field. He also stores his business equipment including trucks, backhoe, trailers, supplies, junk, waste, old fencing, posts, discarded old trailers, sheds, large hoop building without cover, & misc. farming equip on the land I originally gave him permission to use to pasture 4 oxen. For 2 years our arrangement of trading use of land for help w/ a few barn repairs, small equipment repairs, minor home repairs, worked fairly well. Three years ago I asked him to remove junk, non-farm equipment, 10 cows, 4 goats, his business equipment, & clean up. It's all still here. We cannot come to an agreement. I want him to leave ASAP.
