Worst Layer Ever!

Before my son was abandoned by his mother he lived with me till his mother abducted him from me at the park. I later came to find that she was abusing him, using foul language, smoking around him, and bringing him to me with bloody marks on his body, as well as refusing me of my rights. I have sho...wn proof to Mark about these issues among other essential documentations to prove my accusations true and have made many attempts to contact him on too many occasions to count. Unfortunately I understand that Mr. Fury has many obligations to handle but as a concerned parent it is my top priority to be sure my matter is taken care of immediately. I also understand that he only has 1 assistant that he works with part-time (that is all). I am NOT a rich man, I do NOT have much court experience since this is my first and ONLY child, I work part-time jobs to make ends meet since my son was born. Mark accepted to help me in my time of need and so I hired him the same day I spoke to him. Little by little I eventually paid him until he was completely retained for the amount he requested. During the period that I have paid him I have set up multiple appointments to meet up with him in person at his office. During these visits he was extremely insensitive and even went as far as to mock me in front of my own mother. Me and Mr. Fury have actually never had a positive conversation after I hired him. He teases me, humiliates me, disregards what I have to say, constantly contradicts himself, and overall does NOT take my situation seriously. I have only been in the court house with him once to set up a visitation...The issues I have with this is that I NEVER wanted visitation or agreed to this arrangement. I simply wanted to ONLY see a judge, If the judge requested visitation after our session then that would've been more acceptable. After I was given the visitation papers I was not happy with the days I was given and refused it but Mark told me it was only temporary until I return soon to finish this once and for all. This WAS something I was very strict on and remember clearly with no exception to the way I just worded it. Mark has sent various letters to both the opposing party and courthouse that I did NOT know I was being charged or was even warned upon hiring him. Last I met with him he wanted me to retain him all over again, when I asked him about what I paid for thus far his assistant told me that all my money went into sending out letters that failed to make ANY progress in my case. I spoke to Mark on the same issue and he advised me (In front of my family) to pay him $750.00 To send a letter I could simply send myself for free. I soon questioned how much I have been being charged per letter, It has been over 2 months that I have requested a statement with all of his service fees so far listed on it. He has NOT sent me this letter and now I continue court losing badly to the other party in all my motions and denied requests to simply see my sons face. It has been a year and a half and still no results. Mark speaks to me in a degrading tone of voice whenever I have made any communication with him in person. The entire time having him in my service I unspokenly felt as though I was never being helped or represented by Mr. Fury. I would have MUCH rather him denied my request to hire him if he did not have time for me or if he did not want to deal with a case like mine. Now I have NO money, I have NO lawyer, I have NO rights, I have NO son that I can see, and I may be seeing jail time due to him wasting my time when I could've spent 1 1/2 years fighting to regain my infant child from an abusive mother. Never would I have seen my son's face covered in blood ever again if handled appropriately. I DO NOT recommend the services of Mark Fury to anyone unless it is a simple matter, ie; parking ticket, small fine, municipal, ect...

Unfortunately, there are some people who cannot accept their own responsibility for anything and therefore cannot be helped.

The only one I talk to

Mark Fury has represented me and my family members in municipal court several times. I feel like I always get a great result at a reasonable price. I have referred all my friends to him and everyone of them has been satisfied

Good Guy

I had a problem with the State government where the state wanted nearly $8000 from me. Mr. Fury took the case, fought the State for two years and ultimately resolved it at a good discount. I highly recommend him.

Best man for the job

Mr. Fury just got a false charge against me completely dismissed. I talk to him first whenever I have a legal question. His consultation is free and he is always knowledgable, pleasant and honest. I highly recommend.
