Gave the most detailed suggestions in layman's terms.

"I knew better than to go by "I know a lawyer!" when I'm still in pain. It's not a very astute way of choosing an attorney, So, if I am forced to make a change after these past 7 years, Eric will be the attorney I found on my own. Thank you, Eric! I sincerely appreciate your help!

Your advice made me feel like I still have hope to fight this. Than you for being so informative. I’ll definitely keep you in mind for future reference hope I don’t need you in the future, no offense. If I do, I know where to go. Again thank you for your time.

I was having some issues with docs and needed some advice from an atty that has experiance in the injury and bankruptcy law atty sleeper was great in the response and very easy to understand-Thank You would hire if I was in need of an atty in the NYC area
