OUTCOME: Affirmed on Appeal

Counsel for Appellee in an appeal filed by the Former Wife in a complicated relocation in a dissolution of marriage case. Former Wife appealed the denial of her modification and/or motion for rehearing ... after Ms. Hung was successful in having the court grant the Former Husband's relocation with the parties' two children out of the U.S. Ms. Hung represented the Former Husband on the dissolution of marriage and relocation. The 5th DCA affirmed the court's ruling.

OUTCOME: We were able to negotiate shared responsibility and a visitation schedule the client requested while requiring the minor children to remain here in Orange Co. Florida. Client was extremely satisfied.

Mother fled the state and tried to prevent the Father (client) from having anything to do with his children. My office was able to effectively serve the Mother while she was in Florida for a short per ... iod of time with a paternity case.

Alleged Father filed a paternity case against Mother (client) for parental rights of the minor child. Mother was married. My office filed a Motion to Dismiss and argued same at hearing.

OUTCOME: Domestic violence injunction was granted; Parenting Plan was satisfactory to the client; and Child support was calculated correctly so the Father did not lose a lot of money that he would otherwise have been ordered to pay.

Mother tried to put the Father (client) on child support with the Dept. of Rev. Father hired my office and we were able to continue the child support hearing in order to file a paternity case and reso ... lve visitation before calculating child support. Mother reacted with hostility after the hiring of my office.
