Biography
Marcy N. Hart is a shareholder and member of Flaster/Greenberg’s Real Estate and Land Use practice group. She brings a depth of experience in real estate and transactional matters, representing local and national developers and investors in the acquisition, development, financing, repositioning and disposition of every class of real estate asset including, office, warehouse, apartment, hotel, retail and residential. Ms. Hart has extensive experience in structuring and documenting real estate transactions and negotiating joint ventures, equity as well as senior and subordinated debt on behalf of developers and investors.
Ms. Hart received her B.A. degree in English from Wellesley College, her J.D. From Villanova Law School and is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
