Thomas Banner has extensive experience representing clients before judges, juries and administrative tribunals throughout New Mexico.
Mr. Banner has represented the people of New Mexico as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting criminal cases, advocating for the public's interests in utility and insurance rate-making proceedings, and as prosecutor for the New Mexico Medical Board in licensing and disciplinary cases.
Now in private practice, Mr. Banner offers counseling and advice to individuals and businesses concerning real estate, estate planning and probate, and administrative law. He also serves as counsel for New Mexico state agencies in matters relating to professional medical licensure and title insurance matters.
From 2020 until 2023, Mr. Banner operated a title insurance company providing real estate settlement services and title insurance products in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
