John Bolanovich

John W. Bolanovich combines more than two decades of legal experience with an earlier executive career in the hospitality industry to deliver practical, business-minded counsel in labor and employment disputes, wrongful termination and discrimination claims, business and construction litigation, HOA matters, disability insurance denials, contract disputes, hospitality law, and fraud actions. A former Equal Employment Opportunity Commission clerk and frequent speaker for the Florida Restaurant Association and National Business Institute, John has represented owners, operators, employees, and entrepreneurs in state and federal courts throughout Florida—including class actions and complex commercial cases—since earning his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law (1998). He also holds an M.S. in Hotel & Food Service Management from Florida International University, giving him unique insight into industry-specific challenges. John is admitted to practice in all three U.S. District Courts in Florida, the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court, and the District of Columbia, enabling him to advocate effectively for clients across a wide geographic footprint.
