Busines and contractor dispute

A contractor was unwilling to pay us the rightfully owed money from the job. We were owed over $30,000 and Michael was able to swiftly take care of the entire process for us. Professional and experienced

Mr. Feinstein was hired by us to handle a hotly contested multi-jurisdiction multi-party, multi-million-dollar litigation, involving the investment and construction of a multiunit condominium building in the Dominican Republic. In my opinion it all “came to a head” after his brutal cross-examination ...of opposing counsel's Dominican Republic Attorney at the evidentiary hearing addressing whether or not the local proceedings should be stayed, due to the prior pendency of the Dominican Republic litigation. His combined knowledge of real estate and expertise as a trial attorney yielded us a much larger settlement than he had originally anticipated
