Mr. Willet has substantial experience in complex construction and business litigation matters as well as representing clients before regulatory boards. He mediates construction and business disputes and is listed by the Tennessee Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission as a Rule 31 civil mediator.
Mr. Willet was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2020 in the field of Litigation- Construction for the third year.

I was very impressed with John's legal proficiency and his capability. He was highly responsive and his deep familiarity with construction law in Tennessee was extremely valuable. He disputed and proved wrong a false/exaggerated bond claim for my company.
