Biography
I have has devoted my life to the service of others. I have served my community as an emergency medical technician (EMT), a volunteer firefighter, a US Army soldier, a FBI agent and now as an attorney.
While serving as a FBI agent for 14 years, I investigated violations of both state and federal crimes. I have has testified in both state and federal court and I am intimately familiar with the judicial process. My skills as an investigator and negotiator give me a strong advantage in resolving legal issues in and out of the courtroom. I have worked with judges, prosecuting attorneys, Assistant United States Attorneys, insurance companies, defense attorneys and law enforcement at the local, state and federal level.
As an attorney, I have worked cases in state and federal court involving felonies and misdemeanors. I review all evidence, review the policies and procedures to ensure your rights are protected. My duty is to represent you within the ethical and legal limits of the law and protect your rights. My military, law enforcement and attorney experience will strengthen your defense.
