Michelle M. Reitz

Michelle Reitz graduated with honors from the UNM School of Law in May 2024, and brings a unique blend of legal expertise and a background in healthcare to the firm. Prior to her legal career, Michelle worked as a dental hygienist, gaining valuable skills in patient communication and needs assessment, which she now applies to her legal practice. During her time in law school, she worked as a law clerk and gained experience in drafting legal documents, and assisting in matters for local businesses. As a business and estate planning attorney at the firm, Michelle is eager to guide clients in areas of business law, wills, trusts, estates, and probate matters. Michelle is passionate about community advocacy and helping clients to be knowledgeable and well prepared for the future. She looks forward to leveraging her diverse skill set to make a positive impact in her legal career. Outside of the office, Michelle loves spending time with her husband and three boys, baking, gardening, reading, planning adventures, and one day hopes to keep some chickens and bees.
