Kyle B. Mansfield

Kyle Mansfield, managing partner of the firm's Minneapolis office, has a strong business background and nearly 30 years of legal experience as one the the nation's top litigators. Kyle focuses his practice in the areas of toxic torts and mass litigation, product liability, environmental law, insurance coverage and litigation, construction law, and general liability and civil litigation.

Kyle oversees the firm's extensive asbestos defense work for dozens of clients across the country. He has successfully resolved numerous asbestos cases and has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts in both Minnesota and North Dakota. In addition to asbestos-related cases, he has tried cases involving construction defect, personal injury, and toxic poisoning.

Kyle brings outstanding negotiating skills to his clients’ defense, directing the firm’s attorneys in seeking cost-effective resolution of client matters.
