I am a Managing Attorney at Lakelaw and focus on bankruptcy, litigation, and transactional matters. I represent small and middle-market debtors, creditors and trustees in a variety of insolvency matters. I have experience representing clients in the construction, pharmaceutical, equipment leasing, and real estate industries. I regularly represent creditors in the defense of preferences, fraudulent transfers and other adversarial actions. I also represent companies in the wind down of their affairs, including assingments for the benefit of creditors.
