Biography
I’m a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney at Rosenfeld Injury Lawyers in Chicago, IL with a nationwide practice who represents the most vulnerable members of our society: the very young and the very old. They have the same rights as everyone else — to be treated with compassion and respect — but their vulnerability means they need special protection and representation against those who injure, neglect or abuse them. This is my life’s work.
Nursing Home Negligence
I represent elderly nursing home residents against the people and institutions that have caused them harm. Whether by physical abuse or neglect, fraud or emotional trauma, I believe that no one deserves to be a victim of exploitation. My mission is not only to ensure my clients receive all the damages they deserve; it’s also to help them restore the personal dignity to which they’re fully entitled.

Birth Injuries & Injuries To Children
I also represent infants and children who have been hurt, exploited or neglected. I stand up for children damaged by medical negligence, abused in foster care, and poisoned or injured through others’ carelessness. I do this because children truly have no defense against the thoughtless or the predatory in our society, and because they deserve the same concern and protection that adults take for granted.

I refer Johnathan Rosenfeld because what other lawyers wouldn't do he would. He handled my case as if he himself was the one injured. And the end result was that he got double for my case then what another lawyer had gotten for the same type of case
