My name is Hunter Biederman, and I represent people charged with DWI and DUI in Collin County, Dallas County, and Denton County.

     My name is Hunter Biederman,and I am a DWI trial attorney who focuses my practice on DWI a former Assistant District Attorney in Collin County, I havehandled hundreds of DWI cases from the side of a prosecutor. I havealso handled DWI 2nd's, Felony DWI's, Intoxication Assault, and evenIntoxication Manslaughter cases. . . Very few attorneys can say that.

     Theknowledge I have gained is absolutely crucial in order to effectivelypresent a defense for someone charged with DWI or an Intoxicationoffense.

      I graduated from the University of Florida with Honors, and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida School of Law. As an undergrad, Imajored in Criminology. While in Law School, much of my focus was oncriminal law.

     As an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas, I have worked on hundreds of DWI & Intoxication cases.
