Biography
Eric joined Inman Flynn Biesterfeld & Brentlinger, P.C. in January of 2003. His experience and expertise includes: commercial and business litigation, environmental litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage litigation, real estate litigation, environmental compliance counseling, toxic torts and water pollution, and property damage cases.
Eric graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University and spent one year working as an engineer at Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas. He attended law school at the University of Kansas where he graduated in the top 10 percent of his class and served on the Kansas Law Review.
In Eric's first year after graduation from law school, he worked as a Policy Consultant for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington, D.C. After his time with the EPA, Eric spent five years with Spencer Fane Britt & Brown, LLP in Kansas City, Missouri practicing general commercial litigation and environmental law. He was recently featured in a Denver Business Journal article, Economy No Excuse for Environmental Blunders.
He enjoys many Colorado outdoor activities including skiing, mountain biking, hiking and fly fishing. Eric is also an avid sports fan, is married and has two children.
