Barbara Rose Butler

Barbara enjoys meeting people and working on a wide variety of legal issues, including probate, estate planning, civil litigation, real estate transactions and business formation. During law school, Barbara served as Editor-in-Chief for the Arizona Law Review and touched off a life-long love for critical reading. During her year at the Court of Appeals, Barbara had the honor of clerking for the now-retired Honorable Jose D.L. Marquez, a former Mesa County District Court Judge and wonderful human being. While building her practice, Barbara successfully defended her client's judgment at the Colorado Supreme Court.  She has effectively represented clients across Colorado and from as far away as England and Australia. Barbara presented oral argument before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. She is an active member of the Mesa County Bar Association and deeply appreciates the beauty of Western Colorado.

When not working, Barbara takes pleasure in spending time with her husband, Bradley, visiting friends and family, and helping talented artists reach their full potential.
