I assist clients with loan documentation and modification, intercreditor and subordination agreements, collateralization and underwriting, loan workouts and forbearance agreements, foreclosures, advising on creditors' rights, and preparing documents relating to control and escrow agreements.

I assist client with the prosecution and defense of their civil litigation matters, including real estate, judicial foreclosure, and formal probate litigation matters.

I advise clients on landowner rights and obligations, prepare purchase contracts and addenda, draft lease and escrow agreements, resolve land disputes, and conduct foreclosures. I also am a licensed title and escrow officer and regularly conduct real estate closings and advise clients on title issues.

I represent both landlords and tenants in settling lease disputes. I also prepare and modify residential and commercial lease agreements, lease termination agreements, and eviction paperwork.
