Sandy has been involved in the construction and real estate world for all of his 36 years as a lawyer in Seattle. He has testified dozens of times at the Washington State Legislature on behalf of homeowners and homebuyers. He recently settled a title insurance claim on behalf of a homeowner for more than $1 million. He has tried cases involving construction, boundary lines, and tree cutting/trespass, and he recently testified as an expert in the area of employee benefits. Levy was a lawyer that came in to help in a large class action suit that we were involved in. While I did not personally have much interaction with him he was a tremendous help in bringing our lawsuit to a satisfactory conclusion. Excellent advocate
