I practice in a wide range of civil matters, including construction litigation and contract law, complex commercial litigation, environmental regulatory matters for public and private entities, and municipal and private clients on a range of land use, development law, and real estate matters. I also represent state, local, and tribal governments, municipal entities, and their elected/appointed officials on the full range of municipal and public law issues.
Prior to joining Short Cressman & Burgess, I served as a judicial law clerk for Justice Charles Johnson of the Washington Supreme Court.
