Best decision we made

Pascal helped us through the k1 visa process all the way to permanent resident status. We do not regret our decision of hiring a lawyer for this processes, a lot of people do it themselves to save upfront costs but having a lawyer did not only made it easier on us but it took away any filing mistake ...that we could’ve made. Even during COVID, the time it took us for each step was within the processing times he told us at the beginning, he was always on top of every request from the government for additional information or anything else. If you’re worried about paying for an attorney that makes you do all the heavy lifting because of the stories you hear, Pascal is not like that, he made the whole process really easy and he also came with us to our residency interview to make sure it went smoothly and to answer any question about paperwork that we wouldn’t know. We are extremely grateful and happy with him, I plan on using his law firm again for any other immigration process that will come in the future.

Excellent attorney

I'm very happy with my hire of Mr. Schunk. He helped me through the entire immigration process, kept in regular contact, and was there for my interview having prepared me beforehand. Excellent attorney.

Professional & informed

I worked on my immigration process with Mr Schunk from a temporary visa through to green card and removal of conditions (10-year green card). He was an invaluable resource through the whole process, answering all of my questions and adequately preparing me for the whole process. He attended my interv...iew as well. I had the entire process go through without any hiccups at all and never experienced any undue stress. I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and expertise.

Green Card process - EXCELLENT

Pascal has been amazing since day one of when I spoke to him regarding my case. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process and knew exactly what needed to be done from start to finish. Once I provided him the required documentation, he handled all the paperwork, and all I had to do was review a...nd sign them. Additionally, he was also very responsive for any questions and concerns I had, and everything was addressed every single time. All in all, I highly recommend Pascal, and I intend on leveraging his professional services again for my renewal and naturalization process.
