Only cares about billing and money. If you are looking for someone who will care about your case, look elsewhere.

Keep looking, you can do a lot better than this.
Poor communication, many "inneroffice conferences" that drive your bill up quickly, on-again off-again indecisiveness, and overall just not that great. You can probably do a lot better than this unless you have the simplest case imaginable.
