Attorney Powell has never done anything other that exceeded my expectations. Mr Powell was more interested in taking my money and settling it by getting me time behind bars. Yes, he would take it to trial, he considers himself a trial lawyer. But not without the $15K and even then he made no promises. The 3K I paid him was chalked up to loss and I got a different attorney... who really cared about me and the outcome. My case did settle, but I did not have to do time. Mr. Powell did not care about me, he just wanted me to move on by while he took the money and moved on to his next paycheck. He tells a good story, that's all.
